Refund policy
During normal times, in order to receive a refund, the hair must be returned in original condition, unworn, not washed, and in original packing within 5 days of delivery. We do request that you send a picture of the items to our email address to start the return.
All lashes and custom orders are final sale.
In order to complete an exchange, hair must be in original condition, unworn, not washed, in original packing, and exchanged within 5 days of delivery.
In order to start the process for a refund or request, please send an email promptly to luxemehaircollection@gmail.com. In the subject line, please include your order number as well as "Refund" or "Exchange Request" to receive quicker service.
Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment. Return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount if LuxeMe Hair return label is used. Any purchases made utilizing any of our payment plan options will be credited back to the original form of payment minus any fees.
