    • As a woman-owned business, LuxeMe Hair Collection is an online business owned and operated in Mobile, Alabama. Our owner's love for luxurious hair as well as affordable prices drove her in her journey to open a hair extension business.
  • I would like to customize my order. Is there a way to do that?
    • Yes! Once you receive your order confirmation email, please respond to the email with your customization needs and someone will get back with you within 24 hours. Additional cost may result from customization. During peak business times (holidays, events, etc.), response time may be longer. Please, be patient during those times. We will respond promptly.
  • I have an issue with my order. What will I need to do?
    • Please, contact customer service at luxemehaircollection@gmail.com so that we may quickly assist you in the matter.
  • What is your return/exchange policy?
    • Currently, in the midst of COVID-19, we are unable to accept returns and exchanges.
    • During normal times, in order to receive a refund, the bundles must be returned in original condition, unworn, not washed, and in original packing within 5 days of delivery. 
    • In order to complete an exchange, bundles must be in original condition, unworn, not washed, in original packing, and exchanged within 5 days of delivery.

  • When will my order ship?
    • Items will normally ship out within 3-5 days following order confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.
    • During the holidays, order processing and shipping may be delayed.
    • Expedited shipping will incur an increased shipping cost if available.
